Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD31 expression on mouse bone marrow cells left and center panels . Mouse bone marrow cells were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . The cells were then stained with APC Rat Anti-Mouse CD45R/B220 antibody Cat. No. 553092/561880 and either BD Horizon BV421 Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 562602; Left Panel or BD Horizon BV421 Rat Anti-Mouse CD31 antibody Cat. No. 562939; Right Panel . Two-color flow cytometric dot plots show the correlated expression patterns of CD31 or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD45R/B220 for gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable bone marrow cells. Flow cytometric analysis was performed using a BD LSRFortessa Cell Analyzer System. Immunohistofluorescent analysis of CD31 expression by cells within C57BL/6 mouse spleen right panel . A mouse spleen cryosection 5 mum was fixed with BD Cytofix Fixation Buffer Cat.
