Description

Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of CD357 GITR expression on splenic CD4+CD25- and CD4+CD25+ T lymphocytes. Mouse splenic leucocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . The cells were then stained with APC Rat Anti-Mouse CD4 Cat. No. 553051/561091 and BD Horizon PE-CF594 Rat Anti-Mouse CD25 Cat. No. 562694/562695 antibodies, and either BD Horizon BV421 Rat IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 562603; dashed line histograms or BD Horizon BV421 Rat Anti-Mouse CD357 GITR antibody Cat. No. 563391; solid line histograms . The fluorescence histograms were derived from either CD4+CD25- Left Panel or CD4+CD25+ Right Panel gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable leucocytes.
