Description

Flow cytometric analysis of PRDX2 expression in HEK-293T cells. Cells from the Human HEK293T Embryonic Kidney, ATCC CRL-1573 cell line were fixed with BD Cytofix Fixation Buffer Cat. No. 554655 and permeabilized with BD Phosflow Perm Buffer III Cat. No. 558050 . The cells were then stained with either BD Horizon BV480 Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Cat. No. 571424; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BV480 Rabbit Anti-Human PRDX2 antibody Cat. No. 570341; solid line histogram at 0.5 mug/test. The fluorescence histogram showing the expression of PRDX2 or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD LSRFortessa X-20 Cell Analyzer System and FlowJo Software. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific.
