Flow cytometric analysis of CD64 expression on human peripheral blood monocytes. Whole blood was stained with APC Mouse Anti-Human CD14 antibody Cat. No. 555399/561708/561383 and either BD Horizon BV510 Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control Cat. No. 562946; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BV510 Mouse Anti-Human CD64 antibody Cat. No. 563459; solid line histogram . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The fluorescence histograms showing CD64 or Ig Isotype control staining were derived from CD14-positive gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable monocytes.
