Flow cytometric analysis of CD107a LAMP-1 expression in Jurkat cells. Cells from the Human Jurkat Acute T cell leukemia, ATCC TIB-152 cell line were fixed with BD Cytofix Fixation Buffer Cat. No. 554655 and permeabilized with BD Perm/Wash Buffer Cat. No. 554723 . The cells were then stained with either BD Horizon BV605 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat.
