Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CD22.2 expression on mouse splenocytes using BD Horizon BV605 Rat Anti-Mouse IgG1 as a fluorescent second step antibody. Splenic leucocytes from a BALB/c mouse were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . The cells were then stained with either Purified Mouse IgG1, kappa Anti-Mouse CD22.2 antibody Clone Cy34.1; solid line histogram or with no antibody dashed line histogram . After washing the cells were stained with BD Horizon BV605 Rat Anti-Mouse IgG1 antibody Cat. No. 563285 as the fluorescent second step antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable splenocytes.
