Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD45RA expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human whole blood was stained with BD Horizon BV650 Mouse Anti-Human CD45RA Cat. No. 563963 and PE Mouse Anti-Human CD45RO Cat. No. 555493/561889 antibodies. The erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . The two-color flow cytometric dot plot shows the correlated expression patterns of CD45RA versus CD45RO for gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact lymphocytes.
