Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD4 expression on mouse splenocytes. Mouse splenic leucocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . The cells were then stained with BD Horizon BV711 Rat Anti-Mouse CD4 Cat. No. 563726 and FITC Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3e Cat. No. 553062/553061/561827 antibodies. The two-color fluorescence dot plot shows the correlated expression patterns of CD4 versus CD3e for gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable splenic leucocytes.
