Flow cytometric analysis of CD117 c-Kit expression on Human TF-1 Cells. Cells from the Human TF-1 Human erythroleukemia, ATCC CRL-2003 cell line were stained with either BD Horizon BV786 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 563330; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BV786 Mouse Anti-Human CD117 c-Kit antibody Cat. No. 572160; solid line histogram at 0.25 mug/test. DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing CD117 c-Kit expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative TF-1 cells.
