The cells were then stained with either BD Horizon PE-CF594 Hamster IgG2, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 562520; dashed line histogram or with BD Horizon PE-CF594 Hamster Anti-Mouse CD80 antibody Cat. No. 562504; solid line histogram .
