No. 566698/566699; Right Plot . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . Bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing the correlated expression of CD3 or Ig Isotype control staining versus side light-scatter SSC signals were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact leucocyte populations. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD LSRFortessa Cell Analyzer System and FlowJo software.
