Flow cytometric analysis of CD70 expressed on U266 human plasma cell line. Human U266 cells were stained with either BD Horizon PE-CF594 Mouse Anti-Human CD70 antibody Cat. No. 562484, solid line histogram or a BD Horizon PE-CF594 mIgG3, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 562482; dashed line histogram . Flow cytometric fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable cells.
