Flow cytometric analysis of Bcl-2 expression in permeabilized cells from the Mouse M1 cell line. Cells from the Mouse M1 Myoblast, ATCC TIB-191 cell line were fixed with BD Cytofix Fixation Buffer Cat. No. 554655 and then washed, permeabilized, and stained in BD Perm/Wash Buffer Cat. No. 554723 with either BD Horizon R718 Hamster IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 566951; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon R718 Hamster Anti-Mouse Bcl-2 antibody Cat. No. 568663/568664; solid line histogram at 0.5 mug/test.
