Two-color flow cytometric analysis of TCR beta expression on mouse splenocytes. Mouse splenic leucocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . The cells were then stained with Alexa Fluor 488 Rat Anti-Mouse CD4 Cat. No. 557667 and Alexa Fluor 488 Rat Anti-Mouse CD8a Cat. No. 557668 antibodies and with either no antibody for a Fluorescence-Minus-One FMO control; Left Plot or BD Horizon R718 Hamster Anti-Mouse TCR beta Chain antibody Cat. No. 567299; Right Plot at 0.5 mug/test. DAPI 4,6-Diamidino-2-Phenylindole, Dihydrochloride Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis.
