No. 567038/567231; Right Plot . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . The bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing CD183 CXCR3 expression or Ig isotype control staining versus side light scatter signals SSC were derived from events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact lymphocytes. Flow cytometric analysis was performed using a BD LSRFortessa X-20 Cell Analyzer and FlowJo software.
