Flow cytometric analysis of Integrin alphavbeta6 expression on Human H441 cells. Cells from the Human H441 Papillary adenocarcinoma, ATCC HTB-174 cell line were stained with either BD Horizon R718 Mouse IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat No. 566949, dashed line histogram or BD Horizon R718 Mouse Anti-Human Integrin alphavbeta6 antibody Cat No. 568665/568666; solid line histogram at 1 mug/test. DAPI 4,6-Diamidino-2-Phenylindole, Dihydrochloride Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing Integrin alphavbeta6 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative cells.
