Flow cytometric analysis of Human PD-L1 CD274 expression on activated Human lymphocytes. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stimulated with Phytohemagglutinin PHA for 3 days and then stained with either BD Horizon R718 Mouse IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat.
