The bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing the correlated expression of TCR Vbeta5 Related or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD3 Upper Plots or side-light scatter SSC-A signals Lower Plots were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact human lymphocytes.
