No. 566948; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon R718 Rat Anti-Human LRRC15 antibody Cat. No. 572125/572128; solid line histogram at 0.25 mug/test. DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing LRRC15 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative cells.
