No. 553141/553142 or thymocytes Bottom Plots were stained with BD Horizon BV421 Rat Anti-Mouse CD45R/B220 antibody Cat. No. 562922 and with either BD Horizon R718 Rat IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 566948; Left Plots or BD Horizon R718 Rat Anti-Mouse Siglec-H antibody Cat. No. 567840; Right Plots at 0.25 mug/test. BD Via-Probe Cell Viability 7-AAD Solution Cat. No. 555815/555816 was added to cells right before analysis.
