Multiparameter flow cytometric analysis of CD11b Integrin alphaM expression on Mouse bone-marrow cells and Human peripheral blood leukocyte populations. BALB/c Mouse bone-marrow cells Top Plots or Human whole blood Bottom Plots were stained with either BD Horizon RB545 Rat IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 569286; Left Plots or BD Horizon RB545 Rat Anti-CD11b Integrin alphaM antibody Cat. No. 569255/569256; Right Plots at 0.25 mug/test. Erythrocytes were lysed with BD PharmLyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The pseudocolor density plots showing the correlated expression of CD11b Integrin alphaM or Ig Isotype control staining versus side light-scatter SSC-A signals were derived from gated events with the forward and side-light scatter characteristics of viable leukocytes.
