Flow cytometric analysis of CD45 expression on Mouse splenic lymphocytes. Mouse splenic leucocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . The cells were then stained with either BD Horizon RB545 Rat IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 569286; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon RB545 Rat Anti-Mouse CD45 antibody Cat. No. 569257/569258; solid line histogram at 1 mug/test. The fluorescence histogram showing CD45 fluorescence or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable splenic lymphocytes. Samples were acquired with the BD FACSymphony A5 SE Cell Analyzer and spectrally unmixed using FlowJo v10.8 Software. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific.
