No. 553142 . The cells were then stained simultaneously with BD Horizon R718 Rat Anti-Mouse CD4 Cat. No. 566939 and BD Horizon R718 Rat Anti-Mouse CD8a Cat. No. 566985 antibodies and with either BD Horizon RB613 Hamster IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 571248; Left Plot; used as a representative Hamster IgG Isotype Control or BD Horizon RB613 Hamster Anti-Mouse CD28 antibody Cat. No. 571240/571304; Right Plot at 0.5 mug/test. BD Pharmingen DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing the correlated expression of CD28 or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD4 and CD8a were derived for DAPI-negative gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable splenic leukocytes.
