Flow cytometric analysis of Oct-3/4 expression in NCCIT cells. Cells from the Human NCCIT Pluripotent embryonal carcinoma, ATCC CRL-2073 cell line were fixed 10 min, 37oC with pre-warmed BD Cytofix Buffer Cat. No. 554655 and then permeabilized on ice, 30 min with BD Phosflow Perm Buffer III Cat. No. 558050 . The cells were washed with BD Pharmingen Stain Buffer FBS Cat.
