Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of TCR beta expression on viable Mouse splenic T lymphocytes. C57BL/6 Mouse splenic leucocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141 . The cells were then stained with APC Rat Anti-Mouse CD4 Cat. No. 553051 and APC Rat Anti-Mouse CD8a Cat. No. 553035 antibodies and with BD Horizon RB705 Hamster Anti-Mouse TCR beta antibody Cat. No. 570604/570692 at 0.5 mug/test. DAPI 4,6-Diamidino-2-Phenylindole, Dihydrochloride Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of TCR beta versus CD4 + CD8a was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative splenic lymphocytes.
