Description

Flow cytometric analysis of Ly-6A/E Sca-1 expression on activated Mouse splenic leukocytes. Concanavalin A Con A activated BALB/c Mouse splenic leukocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141 . The cells were then stained with either BD Horizon RB705 Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 570262; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon RB705 Rat Anti-Mouse Ly-6A/E Sca-1 antibody Cat. No. 570591/570679; solid line histogram at 1 mug/test. DAPI 4,6-Diamidino-2-Phenylindole, Dihydrochloride Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing the expressed levels of Ly-6A/E Sca-1 or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative activated splenic leukocytes.
