Multiparameter flow cytometric analysis of CD31 PECAM-1 expression on Human peripheral blood leukocyte populations. Human whole blood was first treated with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 to lyse erythrocytes, washed, and then preincubated with BD Pharmingen Human BD Fc Block Cat. No. 564219/564220 . The leukocytes were then stained with either BD Horizon RB744 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 570519; Left Plot or BD Horizon RB744 Mouse Anti-Human CD31 PECAM-1 antibody Cat. No. 570643/570729; Right Plot . The bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of CD31 PECAM-1 or Ig Isotype control staining versus side light-scatter SSC-A signals was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter signals of viable leukocytes.
