Multiparameter analysis of CD337 NKp30 expression on Human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human whole blood was stained with APC Mouse Anti-Human CD56 antibody Cat. No. 555518 and with either BD Horizon RB780 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 568532; Left Plots or BD Horizon RB780 Mouse Anti-Human CD337 NKp30 antibody Cat. No. 569205/569206; Right Plots . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . The bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing the correlated expression of CD337 NKp30 or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD56 Top Plots or side light-scatter SSC-A signals Bottom Plots were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of either intact lymphocytes or leucocyte populations, respectively. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD LSRFortessa X-20 Cell Analyzer System and FlowJo software.
