Description

Flow cytometric analysis of Islet-1 expression in Mouse pancreatic tumor Insulinoma cells. Cells from the Mouse Beta-TC-6 Insulinoma, ATCC CRL-3605 cell line were fixed with BD Cytofix Fixation Buffer Cat. No. 554655 and permeabilized with BD Phosflow Perm Buffer III Cat. No. 558050 . The cells were then stained with either BD Horizon RB780 Mouse IgG1, kappa isotype control Cat. No. 568532; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon RB780 Mouse Anti-Islet-1 antibody Cat. No. 570985/571056; solid line histogram at 1 mug/test. The fluorescence histogram showing Islet-1 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived was from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD LSRFortessa X-20 Cell Analyzer System and FlowJo Software. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific.
