Description

Flow cytometric analysis of G6PD expression in HeLa cells. Cells from the Human HeLa Cervical adenocarcinoma, ATCC CRM-CCL-2 cell line were fixed with BD Cytofix Fixation Buffer Cat. No. 554655 and permeabilized with BD Phosflow Perm Buffer III Cat. No. 558050 . The cells were then stained with either BD Horizon RB780 Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Cat. No. 571527; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon RB780 Rabbit Anti-Human G6PD antibody Cat. No. 571530; solid line histogram at 0.03 mug/test. The fluorescence histogram showing the expression of G6PD or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD FACSCanto II Flow Cytometry System and FlowJo Software. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific.
