Description

Flow cytometric analysis of Ly-6A/E expression on activated Mouse splenic leucocytes. Concanavalin A Con A activated BALB/c Mouse splenic leucocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . The cells were then stained with either BD Horizon RB780 Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 568698; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon RB780 Rat Anti-Mouse Ly-6A/E antibody Cat. No. 569229/569230; solid line histogram at 0.25 mug/test. DAPI 4,6-Diamidino-2-Phenylindole, Dihydrochloride Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing the expressed levels of Ly-6A/E Sca-1 or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative activated splenic leucocytes. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD FACSCanto II Flow Cytometry System and FlowJo software. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific.
