No. 572560; Left Plot or BD Horizon RB824 Mouse Anti-Human TCR Cbeta1 antibody Cat. No. 572552/572553; Right Plot . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The bivariate pseudocolor density plots show the expressed levels of either TCR Cbeta1 or Ig Isotype control staining or TCR Cbeta2 for gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
