Flow cytometric analysis of PKM expression in HEK293T cells. Cells from the Human HEK293T Embryonic Kidney, ATCC CRL-3216 cell line were fixed with BD Cytofix Fixation Buffer Cat. No. 554655 and permeabilized with BD Phosflow Perm Buffer III Cat. No. 558050 . The cells were then stained with BD Horizon RY586 Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Cat. No. 571528; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon RY586 Rabbit Anti-Human PKM antibody Cat. No. 571525; solid line histogram at 0.25 mug/test.
