Two-color flow cytometric analysis of Granzyme B expression in Human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human whole blood was treated with BD Phosflow Lyse/Fix Buffer Cat. No. 558049 to lyse erythrocytes and fix leukocytes. The cells were then washed and stained in BD Perm/Wash Buffer Cat. No. 554723 with APC Mouse Anti-Human CD8 antibody Cat. No. 561953 and with either BD Horizon RY610 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 571151; Left Plot or BD Horizon RY610 Mouse Anti-Human Granzyme B antibody Cat. No. 571160/571161; Right Plot .
