No. 553142 and BD Pharmingen Purified Armenian Hamster Anti-Mouse FcgammaRIV CD16-2 Cat. No. 567208 antibodies. The cells were then stained with APC Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3e antibody Cat. No. 553066 and with either BD Horizon RY610 Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 571152; Left Plot or BD Horizon RY610 Rat Anti-Mouse CD45R B220 antibody Cat. No. 571283/571343; Right Plot at 0.25 mug/test. DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis.
