The cells were then stained with BD Horizon BUV395 Mouse Anti-Human CD3 antibody Cat. No. 563546 and with either BD Horizon RY655 Mouse IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 572352; Left Plot or BD Horizon RY655 Mouse Anti-Human CD152 CTLA-4 antibody Cat. No. 572369/572370; Right Plot . DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of CD152 CTLA-4 or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD3 was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative lymphocytes.
