Multiparameter flow cytometric analysis of CD45 expression on Human peripheral blood leukocyte populations. Human whole blood was treated with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 to lyse erythrocytes. The leukocytes were washed, preincubated with BD Pharmingen Human BD Fc Block Cat.
