Flow cytometric analysis of CD69 expression on stimulated Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells PBMC were stimulated for 24 hours with Phytohemagglutinin PHA . The cells were then stained with either BD Horizon RY703 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 571453; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon RY703 Mouse Anti-Human CD69 antibody Cat. No. 571808/571859; solid line histogram . DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing CD69 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable activated DAPI-negative lymphocytes. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a 5-laser Flow Cytometer System and FlowJo Software.
