Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of CD161b,c NK-1.1 expression on viable Mouse splenic leukocytes. C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553142 and Purified Armenian Hamster Anti-Mouse FcgammaRIV CD16-2 Cat. No. 567208 . The cells were then stained with APC Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3e antibody Cat. No. 553066 and with either BD Horizon RY703 Mouse IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 571459; Left Plot or BD Horizon RY703 Mouse Anti-Mouse CD161b,c NK-1.1 antibody Cat. No. 571829/571880; Right Plot at 0.5 mug/test. DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of CD161b,c NK-1.1 or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD3e was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative leukocytes.
