No. 566985 antibodies and with either BD Horizon RY775 Hamster IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 571632; Left Plot or BD Horizon RY775 Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3e antibody Cat. No. 571608/571614; Right Plot at 1 mug/test. DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis.
