Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CD56 NCAM-1 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with either BD Horizon V450 Mouse Anti-Human CD56 Cat. No. 560360/560361; solid line histogram or BD Horizon V450 Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 560373; dashed line histogram . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD PharmLyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 349202 . Fluorescence histograms depicting CD56 NCAM-1 or Ig isotype expression were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scattering characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
