Flow cytometric analysis of CD66b expression on human peripheral blood granulocytes. Whole blood was stained with either BD Horizon V450 Mouse Anti-Human CD66b antibody Cat. No. 561649; solid line histogram or with a BD Horizon V450 Mouse IgM, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 560861; dashed line histogram . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The fluorescence histograms were derived from events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable granulocytes.
