Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CPT1A expression in MCF-7 cells. Cells from the Human MCF-7 Breast adenocarcinoma, ATCC HTB-22 cell line were fixed with BD Cytofix Fixation Buffer Cat. No. 554655 and permeabilized with BD Phosflow Perm Buffer III Cat. No. 558050 . The cells were then stained with BD Horizon V450 Mouse IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 560374; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon V450 Rabbit Anti-Human CPT1A antibody Cat. No. 569344; solid line histogram at 0.25 mug/test. The fluorescence histogram showing the expression of CPT1A or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side-light scatter characteristics of intact cells.
