Description

Flow cytometric analysis for IL-17A in stimulated human PBMC. Human PBMC were either unstimulated left panel or stimulated with 50 ng/mL PMA Sigma-Aldrich Cat. No. P-8139 and 1 mug/mL Ionomycin Sigma-Aldrich Cat. No. I-0634 in the presence of BD GolgiStop Cat. No. 554724 for 5 hours right panel . Cells were then fixed and permeabilized using BD Cytofix/Cytoperm Cat. No. 554714 followed by staining with the BD Horizon V450 Mouse Anti-Human IL-17A antibody. Dot plots were derived from gated events based on light scattering characteristics for CD4+ lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD LSR II flow cytometry system.
