Flow cytometric analysis of BD Horizon V450 Mouse Anti-Human TRA-1-60 on human embryonic stem cells. H9 human embryonic stem ES cells WiCell, Madison, WI passage 49 grown on irradiated mouse embryonic fibroblasts were harvested. The H9 cells were stained with BD Horizon V450 Mouse Anti-Human TRA-1-60 solid line , incubated in the dark for 20 minutes at room temperature, and analyzed by flow cytometry on a BD LSR II System.
