Flow cytometric analysis of CD45R/B220 expression on mouse splenocytes using biotin-conjugated anti-mouse CD45R/B220 antibody and BD Horizon V450 Streptavidin. BALB/c mouse spleen cells were stained with Biotin anti-mouse CD45R/B220 Cat. No. 553086 antibody followed by BD Horizon V450 Streptavidin Cat. No. 560797; solid line of histogram or with BD Horizon V450 Streptavidin alone dashed line of histogram overlay . Flow cytometric histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed using a BD LSRII System.
