No. 743078; solid line histogram on BALB/c mouse thymocytes, with corresponding Isotype Control dotted line histogram , costained with APC Anti-CD4 and PE Anti-CD8a antibodies. The fluorescence histogram shows CD104 expression derived from CD4-CD8- gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable thymocytes.
