Description

Immunofluorescent staining of human and mouse embryonic carcinoma EC and embryonic stem ES cell lines. NCCIT human EC cells ATCC, Cat. No. CRL-2073 were seeded in a 96-well imaging plate Cat. No. 353219 at 10,000 cells per well. After overnight incubation, the cells were fixed, permeabilized with BD Phosflow Perm Buffer III Cat. No. 558050 , stained with Alexa Fluor 647 Mouse anti-Sox2 pseudo colored magenta by incubating for 120 minutes, and the nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst 33342 pseudo colored blue according to the Recommended Assay Procedure. The images were captured on a BD Pathway 435 High-Content Bioimager with a 20x objective and merged using BD Attovision software. This antibody also stained H9 human ES cells WiCell, Madison, WI , F9 mouse EC cells ATCC, Cat. No. CRL-1720 and ES-E14TG2a mouse ES cells ATCC, Cat.
