Flow cytometric analysis of Alexa Fluor 647 Mouse IgM, kappa Isotype Control on blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with Alexa Fluor 647 Mouse IgM, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 560806; solid line histogram or unstained dashed line histogram . Erythrocytes were lysed with Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . Fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scattering characteristics of viable lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD LSRII.
