Multiparameter flow cytometric analysis of SAA3 expression in mouse peritoneal macrophages. C57BL/6 peritoneal exudate cells were fixed and permeabilized using BD Cytofix Fixation Buffer Cat. No. 554655 and BD Phosflow Perm Buffer III Cat. No. 558050 . The cells were stained with BD Horizon BV421 Rat Anti-Mouse F4/80 Cat.
